The result :
The purposes of this study were to study and compare participation of basic school educational committees under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 classified by position, work experience and school size. The sample used in this research included 346 school directors, teachers and school–board chairman’s. And selected by using proportional stratified random sampling. The instrument used to collect the data was a five-level rating scale and open-ended questionnaires with the reliability of 0.951. Data were analyzed statistically to reveal percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and Scheffé's comparison test.
The research findings were as follows:
1. The participation of basic educational committees under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in overall at high level, when considered in each aspect found that participation, operation, co-benefits and evaluation aspect were at high, decision aspect were at moderate.
2. The result of comparison of The Participation of Basic Educational Committees under Surin Primary Education Service Area Office 3.when classified by position was statistically significant at the 0.01 level. When classified by work experience was not statistically significant. When classified by school size was statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
3. The problem and suggestion of the participation in school administration of basic educational committee under Surin Primary Education Service Area Office 3 found that decision aspect, there are less participations in imposing a policy and expressing opinion that school should give committees the chance of offering guideline to developed the education. Operation aspect, there are less participations the activity in school so committees should participate in preparation the educational materials. Co-benefits aspect, public relations is not thoroughly, suggested that committees should respect in opinions of students, consider the advantages and disadvantages in performance, after that present how to developed and evaluate implement the project, including monitoring the project.
