Abstract:
The research aims to study the condition and issue of information system usage in schools of the Basic Education Commission In educational administration services, Wawi Educational quality Development Network Center, Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 The research was classified by their responsibility, educational qualification and work experience. The sample group of the research included 100 people. The tool used to collect data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire in a set of 51 items, constructed by the researcher, with the item discriminating power ranged from 0.67 to 1.00 and the reliability coefficient of Section 2 questionnaire was 0.96. The analyzing statistics were frequencies, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research results are as followings: 1) From both overall and individual perspectives, the condition of Information Systems usage in schools of the Basic Education Commission in educational administration services, Wawi Educational quality Development Network Center, Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, was at a medium level. It was found that the 3 top levels were attained in the data editing, data analysis, and data processing when ranked from the highest to the lowest. 2) From both overall and individual perspectives, the problematic issue of Information Systems usage in schools of the Basic Education Commission In educational administration services, Wawi Educational quality Development Network Center, Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, was at a medium level. It was found that the 3 top levels were attained in the data usage, data storing, and data processing when ranked from the highest to the lowest. 3) The guidelines of information system usage in schools of the Basic Education Commission In educational administration services, Wawi Educational quality Development Network Center, Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 are as follows: the six steps regulation should be set, the ICT officer should be trained for skill development, the equipment and supplies should be adequate to support the information systems use, and the information system knowledge was used for the highest purpose in the development of each area school, effectively.
