Abstract:
This research aimed to: 1) Study the skills of school administrators in the 21st century according to views of the techer under office of the vocational education commission, Chiang Rai and 2) Compare the skills of school administrators in the 21st century according to views of the techer under office of the vocational education commission, Chiang Rai. Classified by education level and work experience the sample is the sample in this research were 318 techers in the school under office of the vocational education commission, Chiang Rai. Questionnaire scale destimate 5 levels the research instrument was a questionnaire the statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deriation and analysis of variance (ANOVA) when sehffe's pair comparison by LSD the findings: differences of reviews the skills of school administrators in the 21st century according to views of the techer under office of the vocational education commission, Chiang Rai of school. By overview classified by work experience found that work experience have an reviews different at a statistical level of 0.05 when considering each dimension found that side 2 the skills communication, side 3 the skills interpersonal, side 5 the skills use oftechnology and digital, side 6 the skills learning management have different at a statistical level of 0.05, part side 1 the skills operational technique and side 4 the skills creative analytical thinking have an reviews not statistically significant different at a level of 0.05 suggestion the skills of school administrators in the 21st should be planned priority for easy operation of all parties should be planned in communication systematically should be friendly by work model family should be creative at various see the world far away different from the original should be bring information received from information applied use with the current situation should organize the classroom at mosphere and resting place to suit it is wort learning.
