Abstract:
The objectives of this research are to 1) study the level of the operation of the internal quality assurance of the small sized private schools, Office of the Private Education, Pattani Province, 2) compare the operational results of the internal quality assurance of the small sized private schools, Office of the Private Education, Pattani Province according to variables of genders, education, and working experiences, 3) propose the problems and suggestions for operating the internal quality assurance of the small sized private schools, Office of the Private Education. The samples of this research were 289 administrators. The 51-rating scale questioned survey with the IOC score of .959 has been employed as a research tool for collecting the data before analyzing by applying the program which the data were statistically shown in frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The t-test, and the F-test with the Sheffes Method have been employed.
The research findings are as follows:
1. The level of the operation of the internal quality assurance of the small sized private schools, Office of the Private Education, Pattani Province was at the overall level of very.
2. The comparison of the operational results of the internal quality assurance of the small sized private schools, Office of the Private Education, Pattani Province according to variables of genders, education, and working experiences had overall no difference, except the continually educational development which had the statistically significant difference at the level of 0.05.
3. There were some problems in operating the internal quality assurance of the small sized private schools, Office of the Private Education. The administrators, teachers and the school officers were lack of understanding in the procedures of operating the internal quality assurance, managing the information data systematically, cooperation of the teachers, school officers joining the operational procedure of the internal quality assurance.
The study suggests that the schools should build realization about the procedure of the internal quality assurance by having meeting and explaining the procedure following the ministry policy and law and manage the information data for the internal quality assurance by providing the opportunities to the teachers, and schools officers joining the internal quality assurance procedure.
