Abstract:
This research aimed to study 1) status and guidelines of the basic education home school model in the 21st century 2) development of the basic education home school model in the 21st century 3) The feasibility and profitability assessment the basic education home school model in the 21st century. The method of conducting research is divided into 3 steps. Step 1 is status and guidelines of the basic education home school model in the 21st century. The sample was 205 homeschool family followed Krejcie and Morgans stable. They were selected by Stratified Random Sampling, 5 home school best practice and 7 experts. They were selected by Purposive Sampling. The instrument for collecting data was questionnaire and interview form. Analysis data by percentage, Mean, Standard deviation and Content Analysis. Step 2 is development of the basic education home school model in the 21st century by Focus Group Discussion of 12 experts. Analyze the data by analyzing the content. Step 3 is feasibility and profitability assessment the basic education home school model in the 21st century. The sample was 86 homeschool family followed size by determined using a 20% criterion. Specific (Purposive Sampling) research tool is a form to assess the suitability of the model. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The research results were found as follows; 1) State and guidelines of the basic education home school model in the 21st century was at a high level 2) The basic education home school model in the 21st century have 7 components which were Element 1 Principles and Objectives. Element 2 Inputs are as follows: 1) Network to support education management consisting of educational managers agencies that conduct education management, such as the Office of Educational Service Areas, which has 3 work groups. is an educational management promotion group Policy and Plan Group Supervision group to monitor and evaluate educational management and financial and property group schools school networks and social networks establishments religious institutions learning centers 2) Home study course 3) Educational resources consist of educational management plans, platforms, online courses, learning resources, and budgets.
