Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to promote scientific skills through science activities for early childhood and to promote social intelligence through science activities for early childhood. The target group used in the research is a student in Kindergarten Year 2, Ban Phranet Kindergarten School (Kaew Suwanprasit), Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 4, Semester 2, Academic Year 2020, totaling 20 peoplewho were a specific target group (Purposive Sampling). science There were 6 skills assessments, the 4 Science Skills Assessment for preschool children and the Social Intelligence Assessment Form for all 3 Preschool children. According to the experimental research plan, using the single-group experimental model(One-Shot Case Study)the statistical test used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test (One-Sample t-test). The results showed that 1) Science skills of preschool children after school with science learning activities for preschool children 93.00 % above the threshold (mean = 4.65, S.D. = 0.55) and there was no significant difference statistically at 0.05 level. 2) The social intelligence of preschool children after school with science learning activities was 92.50 % higher than the threshold of 75% (mean = 1.85, S.D. = 0.40) and there was no statistically significant difference at Level 0.05.
