Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครู โรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีเซนต์ปอล เดอ ชาร์ตร จังหวัดลพบุรี ในยุคนิวนอร์มัล และ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครู โรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีเซนต์ปอล เดอ ชาร์ตร จังหวัดลพบุรี ในยุคนิวนอร์มัล กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูในเครือคณะภคินีเซนต์ปอล เดอ ชาร์ตร จังหวัดลพบุรี จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 216 คน ในปีการศึกษา 2563 และผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการสัมภาษณ์เป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ซึ่งเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านเทคโนโลยี จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามที่มีลักษณะเป็นรูปแบบการตอบสนองคู่ (Dual-Response Format) โดยใช้มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น และแบบสัมภาษณ์ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครู โรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีเซนต์ปอล เดอ ชาร์ตร จังหวัดลพบุรี ในยุคนิวนอร์มัล ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครู โรงเรียนในเครือคณะภคินีเซนต์ปอล เดอ ชาร์ตร จังหวัดลพบุรี ในยุคนิวนอร์มัล พบว่า ด้านงานประจำและงานบริหาร มีค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุด มีแนวทางดังต่อไปนี้ (1) โรงเรียนควรส่งเสริมให้ครูผู้สอนทาวิจัยในชั้นเรียนและงานวิชาการ โดยกำหนดให้การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของตัวชี้วัดในการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของครู เพื่อให้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของงาน อีกทั้งยังสามารถนำผลการวิจัยที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีเป็นตัวชี้วัดมาเป็นแนวทางในการแก้ปัญญาหาของงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ (2) ครูควรศึกษาเทคโนโลยีเพื่อนำมาพัฒนาในงานด้านต่างๆ ที่สำคัญต่อสถานศึกษาหรือพัฒนาคุณภาพ

Abstract: The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the current and desirable conditions of the teachers' information technology used in the new normal era of the Sisters of Saint Paul de Chartres’s schools in Lop Buri Province, and 2) to study guidelines for the development of teachers' information technology used in the new normal era of the Sisters of Saint Paul de Chartres’s schools in Lop Buri Province. The research population was 216 teachers of the Sisters of Saint Paul de Chartres’s schools in Lop Buri Province in the 2020 academic year including 5 experts in technology. The research instruments were questionnaires with a double-response format by using 5-level rating scale and a structured interview. The statistics used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, need index, and the interview forms using content analysis. The research results revealed that 1) the overall current and desirable conditions of the teachers' information technology used in the new normal era of the Sisters of Saint Paul de Chartres’s schools in Lop Buri Province were at a high level, and 2) the guidelines for the development of teachers' information technology used in the new normal era of the Sisters of Saint Paul de Chartres’s schools in Lop Buri Province in terms of routine work and management were the highest need. The suggested guidelines include: (1) schools should conduct classroom action research and academic work through the use of information technology required as part of the indicators for assessing teacher performance and making the teachers realize the importance of work, including applying the research results of information technology used as the indicators and the guidelines for effective problem solving at work. (2) Teachers should study the use of information technology and apply the knowledge in developing other essential school work and improving quality.
