Abstract:
The purposes of the research were to: 1) compare students mathematics achievement in probability topic before and after using Brain-Based Learning activities, and 2) compare students Mathematics Analytical Skills in Probability topic before and after using Brain-Based Learning activities of grade 9 students in Suwanprasit school, Nakhon Nayok province.
The samples of the research were 23 of Grade 9 students in semester 1/2020 at Suwanprasit school, Nakhon Nayok province. They were selected through a purposive sampling method. The instruments used in the research were 3 lesson plans of 6 hours in Probability topic with Brain-Based Learning activities and the 4-multiple choices of 30-item test for achievement and Analytical Skills assessment. The statistics used in the research were mean, standard deviation, and dependent samples t-test.
The research results showed that students achieved higher scores after using Brain-Based Learning activities at the satistically significant level of .05 and achieved higher scores in analytical skills after using the activities in probability topic with the significant level of .05.
