Abstract:
Study subject Relationship between Organizational Atmosphere and Organizational
Effectiveness Case Study:Faculty of Engineering and Architecture The objectives of this study are: 1 .

relationship between organizational climate and organizational effectiveness. Case study: Faculty.

Engineering and Architecture Classified by personal factors The sample groups used in the research
were personnel, academic and support lines. Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, 148 people. The
instrument used in the collection was a questionnaire. (Questionaire)
The results showed that The sample of 148 people, mostly male, 89 people, representing 60.1%,
aged 3 6-45 years, 82 people, equivalent to 55.4%, postgraduate education, 88 people, or 59.5%,
positions, teachers, 35. People representing 23.6%, income ranging from 10,001 - 20,000 baht, 60
people representing 40.5%, and working age 6-10 years, 69 people representing 4 6 .6 %. Average organizational climate Case study: Faculty of Engineering and Architecture Picture Total is at a high
level, mean = 4.03. Considering the average from descending as follows: communication within the
organization followed by employee consideration power and influence in the organization; motivation;
technology used in the organization; and participation in decision-making respectively. Mean of
organizational effectiveness Case study: Faculty of Engineering and Architecture found that it was at a
high level, mean = 4.04. Development, followed by productivity (Production), adaptive (Adaptive) and
efficiency (Efficiency), respectively. It was found that the underlying variables can predict

Organizational effectiveness = 2.436 +0.061(employee consideration) +0.123 (Power and influence in the organization) + 0.340 (technology used in the organization) +0.583 (motivation)
The results of the hypothesis testing of demographic factors affecting organizational
effectiveness Case study: Faculty of Engineering and Architecture found that the Sig. value was greater
