Abstract: ในปัจจุบันเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศได้มีการวิจัยและพัฒนาออกมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทำให้การเข้าถึงข้อมูล สารสนเทศทำได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ส่งผลให้เทคโนโลยีในด้านต่าง ๆ เข้ามามีบทบาทต่อการดำรงชีวิตประจำวันของผู้คนมากยิ่งขึ้น จึงเป็นเหตุให้ตำแหน่งงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศาสตร์ทางด้านวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์เป็นที่ต้องการของตลาดแรงงานเป็นอย่างมาก อาทิเช่น นักพัฒนาระบบ นักวิเคราะห์ระบบ ผู้ดูแลและบริหารระบบฐานข้อมูล ผู้ดูแลและบริหารระบบเครือข่าย เจ้าหน้าที่เทคนิค นักพัฒนาเกม ฯลฯ นี้ทำให้องค์กร/บริษัทต่าง ๆ มีความสนใจในการลงประกาศรับสมัครในตำแหน่งงานต่าง ๆ ตามเว็บไซต์สำหรับประกาศรับสมัครงาน อาทิเช่น jobsDB Linkedin และ Indeed เป็นต้น ทำให้ผู้ที่สนใจสมัครงานในตำแหน่งนั้น ๆ สามารถทราบถึงรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ ที่จำเป็นต่อการสมัครงานได้เช่น คุณสมบัติและทักษะที่ต้องการของตำแหน่งงานนั้น ๆ ในแต่ละบริษัท นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นส่วนช่วยให้องค์กร/บริษัทอื่น ๆ ที่มีตำแหน่งงานที่คล้ายคลึงกันหรือมีตำแหน่งงานที่เหมือนกันกับองค์กร/บริษัทที่ได้ลงประกาศไว้ สามารถทราบถึงรายละเอียดการรับสมัครงานในตำแหน่งงานนั้น ๆ ได้ แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม จากการที่แต่ละบริษัทมีการประกาศรับสมัครงานในเว็บไซต์ต่าง ๆ ซึ่งในแต่ละเว็บไซต์จะมีโครงสร้างข้อมูลการประกาศรับสมัครงานที่แตกต่างกัน และ รูปแบบการเขียนรายละเอียดการรับสมัครงานของแต่ละองค์กร/บริษัทก็มีความแตกต่างกัน ทำให้ยากต่อการทำความเข้าใจและการสรุปข้อมูลการประกาศรับสมัครงานของผู้ที่ต้องการสมัครงานในตำแหน่งนั้น ๆ ด้วยเหตุนี้งานวิจัยนี้จึงได้นำเสนอแนวคิดในการพัฒนาการวิเคราะห์และหาข้อสรุปรายละเอียดของการประกาศรับสมัครงานจากเว็บไซต์รับสมัครงานในประเทศไทยได้แก่ jobsDB, Linkedin และ Indeed รวมเป็นจำนวน 13,261 ประกาศงาน โดยตำแหน่งงานที่ผู้วิจัยสนใจจะเป็นตำแหน่งงานทางด้านวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อให้ทราบถึงข้อมูลรายละเอียดของการประกาศรับสมัครงานที่เป็นมาตรฐาน และสามารถทราบถึงความเหมือนและความแตกต่างกันระหว่างข้อมูลรายละเอียดของตำแหน่งงาน

Abstract: Currently, information technology is continuously researched and developed, enabling rapid access to information, making various fields of technology to play a greater role in people's daily lives. This is why jobs related to computer science, information technology and computer engineering are in high demand in the labor market, such as system developers, system analysts, system administrators and database administrators, administrators and network management, technical staff, game developers, etc.. As a result, organizations / companies are interested in the job posting in various job positions on the website for job posting such as jobsDB, Linkedin and Indeed, etc., allowing those interested in applying for that position can know the details. Various things necessary to apply for a job, such as the qualifications and skills required of the position in each company. It also helps other organizations / companies with similar positions or similar positions to the listed organization / company to know the details of the job recruitment for that position. However, as each company has job postings on different websites, each website has a different structure of job posting information and a writing style for each organization / company. There are differences that make it difficult to understand and summarize the information of the job posting of those who wish to apply for that position. For this reason, in this research, ideas for developing, analyzing and summarizing details of job postings from job sites in Thailand including jobsDB, Linkedin and Indeed, total 13,261 job postings. The researcher is interested in positions in computer science, information technology and computer engineering. To know the detailed information of a standard job posting and be able to know the similarities and differences between job description information.
