Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำการศึกษาถึงสาเหตุของปัญหาที่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายจากการจัดส่งเครื่องจักรและส่วนประกอบที่ทางบริษัทได้สั่งซื้อจากประเทศจีน โดยมุ่งค้นหาปัญหาที่มีความสำคัญที่ก่อให้เกิดความมูลค่าความเสียหายแบ่งตามประเด็นปัญหา นำมาจัดลำดับความสำคัญของปัญหาและเป็นแนวทางในการพิจารณาแก้ปัญหาตามลำดับความสำคัญของปัญหาและหาสาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากผู้เกี่ยวข้องด้วยวิธีการระดมสมองเพื่อหาแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาและเลือกแนวทางแก้ปัญหาที่ดีที่สุด นอกจากนี้ยังศึกษาถึงผลที่เกิดจากการปรับปรุง ซึ่งส่งผลให้สามารถลดค่าใช้จ่ายอันเนื่องมาจากความเสียหายของสินค้าและช่วยให้องค์กรสามารถลดต้นุทนในส่วนนี้ลงได้ หากไม่มีการพัฒนาหรือปรับปรุง เมื่อมีความต้องการสั่งซื้อสินค้าจากประเทศจีนเพิ่มขึ้นในอนาคต องค์กรอาจจะต้องแบกรับกับมูลค่าความเสียหายที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น ผลของการศึกษาถึงปัญหาที่มีความสำคัญที่ทำให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อสินค้า พบว่าปัญหาสำคัญที่ทำให้เกิดความเสียหายมากที่สุดนั้นเกิดจากการเคลื่อนย้ายและคุณภาพของบรรจุภัณฑ์ และเมื่อพิจารณาถึงสาเหตุแห่งปัญหา พบว่าสาเหตุหลักอยู่ที่ความไม่ชำนาญของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน การออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์และคุณภาพของวัสดุที่ใช้ทำบรรจุภัณฑ์ การพิจารณาหาแนวทางแก้ปัญหา โดยการใช้เอาท์ซอร์สที่มีความชำนาญเข้ามาทำกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดส่งเครื่องจักรและส่วนประกอบจากประเทศจีน หลังการใช้เอาท์ซอร์สพบว่า สามารถช่วยลดมูลค่าความเสียหายที่เกิดกับสินค้าลงได้จากร้อยละ 3.77 เป็น 0.03 หรือคิดเป็นมูลค่าความเสียหายจาก 8,610,235 บาท ลดลงเหลือ 587,856 บาทและยังส่งผลให้สามารถลดต้นทุนการจัดส่งลงจากเดิมเฉลี่ย 4.22 ต่อการส่งสินค้า 1 กิโลกรัม เป็น 2.84 บาท ต่อกิโลกรัม แสดงว่าค่าใช้จ่ายเฉลี่ยลดลง 1.38 บาท ต่อการขนส่งสินค้า 1 กิโลกรัม

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to study root cause damage problems of machineries and components supplied from China. The research focuses on various types of major damage value problems in descending array in order to find the reason of those incurred problems with regarding to all other concerned factors, then prioritize the problems and find the best resolutions via brainstorming. Moreover, this research also studies the consequence after rectification which affects to cost effective improvement due to development in this area which finally it is a corporate cost saving. If there is no such improvement and if, in the future, the import demand of the machineries and components from China becomes is in higher trend, it will be definitely a burden for the corporate to carry those damage costs. The study has found that the major machineries and components damage causes are from the article moving/shipment and the packaging quality. The essence of destructions are because of the mover’s inexperience in delivery handling, inappropriate packaging design and poor packaging material quality. Therefore, the alternative solution is to outsource the professional mover to handing machines and components delivery from China to designated location. Having using the outsource professional mover, it is discovered that the damage value has decreased from 3.77% to 0.03% or from 8,610,235 Baht down to 587,586 Baht, the delivery cost has lowered from 4.22 Baht per 1 kilogram delivery to 2.84 Baht per 1 kilogram delivery which represents the average delivery cost reduces 1.38 Baht per 1 kilogram delivery.
