Abstract:
The purpose of this research increase an efficiency of material supply for a tractor assembly line by dedicate problem and index to workings evaluate. Moreover analysis and exhibit way increase material supply acidity. The result of case study, the current method supply material to a assembly line either pallets method or KITTINGs method could not respond material request from warehouse to the line by high capacity from various index such time quality and space dedicated. Additonal the result of analysis, we can consolidate both pallet method and KITTING method for solve any problem by significance. We bring both lean method and Kaizen method to follow the problem and analyst problem by each problem.
