Abstract:
The objective of this research was to study the comparative study of work safety
behavior of production staff northeast rubber public company limited. The respondents of this
study were 268 production department officers of northeast rubber public company limited. The
descriptive statistics including frequency, mean, percentage and the standard deviation were
employed in data analysis and and the inferential statistics Independent Sample t-test (One-way
Analysis of Variance: One-way ANOVA) and multiple comparison Bonferroni.
The results showed that the overall to study the comparative study of work safety
behavior of production staff northeast rubber public company limited at a high level. The results
of hypothesis it was found that employees who had personal factors were gender, status, age,
education level work position, work position and working time different people affect the safety
behavior at work. And employees with personal factors such as age differences did not affect the
safety behavior in the work.
