The purposes of this research were 1) to study of job satisfaction, work-family conflict and role ambiguity of employees in information technology 2) to study the relationships between job satisfaction work-family conflict and role ambiguity of employees in information technology and 3) to creation of the predicted equation of job satisfaction of employees in information technology had work-family conflict and role ambiguity variables. The samples of research were two hundred thirty-four employees in information technology. The research instruments used in this study were work-family conflict questionnaire role ambiguity questionnaire and job satisfaction questionnaire. The statistical analyses employed were mean standard deviation pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis of stepwise method.
The results revealed that 1) The employees had moderate level of the job satisfaction
(xˉ =3.41, S.D.=0.48) the employees had moderate level of the work-family conflict (xˉ =3.21, S.D.=0.60) and the employees had moderate level of the role ambiguity (xˉ =2.69, S.D.=0.47)
2) Work-family conflict correlated to job satisfaction with statistical significance level of .05 which is in quite very low (r=-0.11) and role ambiguity correlated to job satisfaction with statistical significance level of .01 which is in quite low (r=-0.19) and 3) Role ambiguity predicted power of job satisfaction was at 3.00 percent. The role ambiguity was standard loading of -0.19 affecting job satisfactions with statistical significance level of .05.
