Abstract:
The purposes of the research were to study the following. 1) The level of customer opinions toward products and services management for construction materials business: A case study of Prasit Industry Supply Co. Ltd. 2) The level of customers loyalty for construction materials business: A case study of Prasit Industry Supply Co. Ltd. 3) Products and services management for construction materials business affect customers loyalty: A case study of Prasit Industry Supply Co. Ltd. The samples group were 397 customers who experienced to consumed products and services construction materials from Prasit Industry Supply Co., Ltd. The research instrument for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were mean, percentage, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The study found the following. 1) The level of customers opinions toward products and services management for construction materials business: A case study of Prasit Industry Supply Co. Ltd.was highly appreciated. 2) The level of customers opinions toward customers loyalty was highly appreciated. 3) The hypothesis testing showed the products and services management for construction materials business positively influenced customers loyalty: A case study of Prasit Industry Supply Co. Ltd. at a significant level of 0.05. The study results will be beneficial for executives to apply in planning and formulate marketing strategies to manage business models and services that meet the needs of consumers. Besides, other construction materials business operators can use the findings as a guideline to improve and develop business management to achieve effective management.
