Abstract:
This research aimed to 1) develop computer assisted instructions, 2) compare the learning achievements of students who learned using the developed computer assisted instructions with the criteria of 75 %, and 3) evaluate the students satisfaction regarding the computer assisted instructions. The sample used in this study was a class of 30 students who were studying in Grade 5 in the second semester of academic year 2013, at Wat Thienthawai School, Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. They were selected by multistage cluster random sampling. The instruments used in this research were 1) 12 sets of computer assisted instructions, for each containing, exercises and an 8 question test, 2) a learning achievement test consisting of 60 items with the reliability of 0.94, and 3) a 5 rating scale satisfaction questionnaire with the reliability of 0.90. The statistics used in the data analysis were mean, percentage and standard deviation. The statistics used for hypothesis testing was one sample t-test. The results were as follows: 1. The efficiency of the developed computer assisted instructions was 81.33/85.80 in accordance with the determined criteria. 2. The achievements of the students who learned by using the computer assisted instructions were significantly higher than the criteria of 75 %, at the significant 0.05 level. 3. The students satisfaction after learning with the computer assisted instructions was at the highest level.
