Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง “ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตต่างชาติที่มีต่อการให้บริการ ทางการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนิสิตชาวต่างชาติมีต่อการให้บริการทางการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคของนิสิตชาวต่างชาติที่มีต่อการให้บริการทางการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ นิสิตชาวต่างชาติที่มาศึกษาที่มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบทีสำหรับสองประชากรที่เป็นอิสระกัน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นหญิง มีอายุ 21 – 25 ปี กาลังศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 15,001 – 25,000 บาท ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตต่างชาติที่มีต่อการให้บริการทางการศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากด้านที่คะแนนสูงไปหาคะแนนน้อยได้ดังนี้ ด้านการบริการทางการศึกษา ด้านการให้บริการด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และการบริการทางการศึกษาด้านอื่น ๆ โดยทุกด้านนิสิตมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตต่างชาติที่มีต่อการให้บริการทางการศึกษามีความแตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสาคัญ 0.05 เมื่อจำแนกตามรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ส่วนปัจจัยด้านเพศ อายุ และระดับการศึกษา ไม่ทาให้ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตต่างชาติที่มีต่อการให้บริการทางการศึกษาแตกต่างกัน

Abstract: Research on the subject of “Satisfaction of foreign students on the educational service of Burapha University” aimed 1) to study satisfaction of foreign students on the educational service of Burapha University; and, 2) to study on problems and obstacles of foreign students on the educational service of Burapha University. The populations of this research were the foreign students studying in Burapha University. Questionnaire was used as the research tool. Statistics applied for data analysis were frequencies, Arithmetic mean, and Standard deviation, T-test for two independent populations and one-way variance analysis. It was found from the study results that most of the samples were female aged between 21 – 25 years old who were studying on Bachelor degree program with the average income between 15,001 – 25,000 baht. Overall, satisfaction of foreign students on the educational service was in high level ranking from high to low scores as follows: educational service, teaching service, facilities, and other educational services. Students showed with high satisfaction level in all aspects. The results of hypotheses testing showed that satisfaction of foreign students on the educational service were different at the statistical significance level of 0.05 when classified by the average monthly income. On the factors of gender, age, and education level, they showed none of different results on satisfaction of foreign students on the educational service.
