Abstract: ชื่อเรื่อง : ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรี ในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ผู้วิจัย : นางสาวดวงดี ศรีดี ปริญญา : รัฐประศาสนศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา : รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภักดี โพธิ์สิงห์ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุภาพร ยุภาศ ปีการศึกษา : 2563 บทคัดย่อ การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผงต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรี และเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ คณะกรรมการกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด จำนวน 175 คน โดยการใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ความถี่ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีใช้การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ระดับประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรี ในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของกองทุน พัฒนาบทบาทสตรี ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำของคณะกรรมการ และปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ โดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ .785 สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายการผันแปรได้ ร้อยละ 61.60 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรร่วมกันเสริมสร้างความเป็นผู้นำให้ทุก ๆ คนเสนอแนะความคิดเห็นที่เป็นประโยชน์ ควรมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการประชุม VDO Conference ร่วมกับภาคีเครือข่าย หรือส่วนราชการต่าง ๆ ควรจัดอบรมให้ความรู้และแนะนำคู่มือในการปฏิบัติงานให้แก่คณะกรรมการกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรี ควรสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณ ง ในการประชุมอย่างเพียงพอ ควรจัดพี่เลี้ยงในการให้คำปรึกษาแก่กองทุน มีการระดมความคิดเห็น ในการแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกัน ควรมีการเชื่อมโยงการทำงานในระดับเครือข่ายของตำบล อำเภอ และจังหวัด คำสำคัญ : ประสิทธิภาพ; การดำเนินงาน; กองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรี _________________________________________________อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์หลัก จ Title : Factors Affecting the Operational Efficiency of Women Empowerment Fund in Roi Et Province Author : Miss Duangdee Sridee Degree : Master of Public Administration (Public Administration) Rajabhat Maha SaraKham University Advisor : Associate Professor Dr.Phakdee Phosing Associate Professor Dr.Yupaporn Yupas Year : 2020 ABSTRACT The purposes of this study were (1) The objectives of this research were to study the level of opinions on the factors contributing to the performance of the women empowerment fund in Roi Et Province. (2) To study the factors affecting the performance of the women empowerment fund and (3) To study suggestions on factors affecting the operational efficiency of women empowerment fund in Roi Et Province. The sample consisted of 175 members of the committee of women empowerment fund in Roi Et Province by using the Taro Yamane method. The research instruments was a rating - scale questionnaire. The statistics used percentage, mean, frequency, standard deviation (S.D.) and analysis about factors affecting the operation efficiency of the women empowerment fund by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of research were as follow: (1) The overall of operational efficiency of the women empowerment fund in Roi Et Province was rated at a high level. (2) Factors affecting the operational efficiency of women empowerment fund in Roi Et Province include board Leadership factor and support factors from government agencies. The correlation coefficient was .785 and descriptive variation was 61.60 percentage significantly at 0.05 level. (4) The study also suggested : should strengthen leadership so that everyone can suggest useful opinions, technology should be used in the VDO Conference in conjunction with network partners. or various government agencies, should provide training, knowledge and work manuals to the committee of the women empowerment fund, there should be adequate support for the meeting budget, should arrange mentors to give advice to the fund, there is a brainstorm on ฉ solving problems together, there should be a link to work at the network level of sub - districts, districts and provinces.
