Abstract:
ABSTRACT
This research aimed to: 1) examine the consistency of causal model of factors influencing learning organization; 2) study the factors of transformational leadership, organizational management, and knowledge management influencing learning organization; and 3) study the guidelines for developing learning organization of civil courts in Bangkok Metropolitan. Mixed methods were used. The research sample was 255 personnel of civil courts in Bangkok Metropolitan derived by stratified random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling of path analysis. Qualitative research was conducted through an interview of 6 executive officers under civil courts in Bangkok Metropolitan derived by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by content analysis.

The causal model of factors influencing learning organization of civil courts in Bangkok Metropolitan showed the consistency between the theoretical data with empirical data. The equation values were 2 /df = 2.15, GFI = 0.91, RMSEA = 0.067, CFI = 0.99, NFI = 0.99, TLI = 0.99, and SRMR = 0.04.
The organizational management and knowledge management had influence on learning organization with statistical significance at the percentage of 63. Additionally, the organizational management had influence on knowledge management with statistical significance at the percentage of 56.
The guidelines for developing learning organization of civil courts in Bangkok Metropolitan were: the personnel must have skills, knowledge and vision, and always search for new knowledge and ideas; the organization must determine directions or goals to use as personnel operation framework; the organization should support and promote personnel to exchange knowledge, think critically, and participate in problem solving.
