Abstract:
Generally, in running an organization, conflict is an inevitable part of our workaday life. The average manager spends approximately 20 percent of his or her time dealing with workplace conflicts. Consequently, using DISC Personality can unlock the key to better relationships, conflict resolution, motivation, and self-growth. The purposes of this research were to enhance the self-growth of the first jobbers aged 21-25 and to study the process of 3D Animation about DISC Personality. The process of this research began with a review of Dr. Woraphat Phucharoens idea and other related literature. It became a short movie that used four characters that had conflict. Finally, they adapted to each other and helped the others reached the goal. The study was designed as a descriptive research by using three procedures consisting of preproduction, production process and postproduction. The research instrument included questionnaire and performance evaluation from the advisor, resulting in the design of the story by using images and sounds, making audience around the world understand even though they used different languages. Moreover, it will be released to the public worldwide online. According to the questionnaire gathered from 35 people about the satisfaction of DISC C4VE movie, the findings of the study were reported that the people were satisfied with digital backgrounds, scenes, and character design the most, while the storyline was rated the lowest.
