The relationship between the perception of organizational justice and organizational commitment of employees for one company at Amata Nakorn industrial estates, Chonburi province
Abstract:
The purposes of a study of the relationship between the perception of organizational justice and organizational commitment of employees for one company at Amata Nakhon Industrial Estates in Chonburi Province are to study the level of the perception of organizational justice and organizational commitment and to study the relationship between the relationship between the perception of organizational justice and organizational commitment of the employess. The study is the survey research and the sampling groups are from the employees at Operation at the company at Amata Nakhon Industrial Estates in Chonburi Province. 148 out of 235 employees are participated and calculated by Yamane and techniques of purposive sampling with the same proportion. The tools used in data analysis comprises 3 sorts of information that are the general information surveyees, questionnaire about the perception of organizational justice whose reliability value is equal to 0.948 and organizational commitment whose reliability value is equal to 0.76. The statistic mechanisms used in analysis are percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearsons correlation. The results of the research display that the level of the opinions in perception of organizational justice in overall was rated at a medium level. By considering all aspects that are rated in a medium level, they are in order as follows: compensation determination procedure, compensation and benefits as well as the reaction between a leader and employees, respectively. In lieu of the organizational commitment, it was found that its level was rated at a medium level. By considering all aspects that are rated in a medium level, they are the emotional aspects, existence, and norms, respectively. The relationship between the perception of organizational justice and organizational commitment of employees in overall are significantly correlated at the level of 0.05.
