Factors affecting quality system management of world-class standard schools in Pranakhon Si Ayutthaya under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3
Abstract:
This research aimed to examine the levels of quality system management of world-class standard schools, to study levels of opinions towards factors affecting quality system management of world-class standard schools, to investigate factors toward quality system management of world-class standard schools and orecaste equation of factors affecting quality system management of world-class standard schools in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3. The samples consisted of 273 school administrators and teachers classified by stratified random sample from 5 world-class standard schools in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3 in 2018 academic year. The research instruments were the questionnaires with the reliability of .879. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that the quality system management of world-class standard schools was at a high level overall. The school administrators and teachers opinions toward personnels characteristics were at the high level. Followed by administrators characteristics, organizations characteristics and environmental in the workplace were at the high level. The factors affecting quality system management of world-class standard schools in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province were as follows:
1) factors of organizations characteristics (X₄), 2) factors of administrators characteristics (X₃) 3). factors of environmental in the workplace (X₂), 4) factors of personnels characteristics (X₁), and all 4 variables could predict the quality system management of world-class standard schools in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province at 69.40 percent. The equation of raw scores and standards cores were written as follows: Ŷ = .291 + .380(X₄) + .299(X₃) + .112(X₂) + .130(X₁)
