Abstract:
This quantitative research is to investigate information systems usage to helping learner in non-formal education, Ubonratchathanee province, including mean comparative and analysis of variance of the influencing on information system and helping learner. The researcher developed 56 items of a questionnaire with five Likert scale and collected 395 respondents of teachers and center staffs. The returned questionnaires were analyzed through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, analysis of variance (t-test, F-test), MANOVA and multi regression analysis. The results found that the mean of information system and helping learner are high level for all components and contributed statistically significant difference at .05, separated by working position, working experience and activities choice of students. Furthermore, the elements of these two variables in terms of sorting, data analysis, and data presentation also influenced and explained helping learner at r = .41.
