Abstract:
The objective of this research is to study the relationship between the effect of transformational leadership on organizational learning of school. The researcher designed 34 items of a questionnaire and tested validity and reliability before collected 288 respondent from deputy principals and teachers. Data analysis was carried out by mean analysis, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, MANOVA and Pearson correlation. The results found that the mean of transformational leadership and its components are high level meanwhile the mean of organizational learning and its components are moderate level. Besides, the results also demonstrated that the mean difference, separated by gender, age, and education level, contributed statistically significant difference at .05. These three variables could predict together possibly 82% on idealized influence and individual consideration,in which impacted statistically at .05, r= .34, on organizational learning of school
