Abstract:
The objective of this research is to study the problems in the performance of village health volunteers on the pandemic of coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) along with testing the difference of the mean variable .The researcher designed a questionnaire to collecting from 350 respondents village health volunteers on the pandemic in Muang District Ubonratchatani Province, , then analyzed statistical data by using a computer program. Statistical analysis consisted of percentage, mean , standard deviation ,and hypothesis testing with inferential statistics (t-test and one-way ANOVA) at Statistical significance at level 0.05 The research results found that study the problems in the performance of village health volunteers on the pandemic The most of respondents are male. Most of the respondents agree that information management in the community the highest mean is 4.17. The mean is 4.17 at a high level, The second is the preparation of the people in the community. It has an average of 4.16 to manage the feelings of people in the community. It has an average of 4.05 search operations in the community. It has an average of 4.04 Methods for prevention and surveillance in the community It has an average of 3.93, respectively. The results found that. The mean difference of personal factors demonstrated statistically significant difference at 0.05 by the problem of work as the hypothesis recommended.
