Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของชาวภูไทบ้านห้องแซง อำเภอเลิงนกทา จังหวัดยโสธร เป็นการวิจัยเชิงผสมผสาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์และการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนรวม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สิ่งก่อให้เกิดแรงจูงใจในการท่องเที่ยวมากที่สุด คือ ผู้ไทมีเครื่องแต่งกายที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ ผู้ไทมีงานหัตถกรรมที่สวยงามและเป็นเอกลักษณ์ มีภาษาพูดที่ดึงดูดให้มาท่องเที่ยว และมีวัฒนธรรมที่หลากหลายน่าสนใจ วัตถุประสงค์ในการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อค้นหาและเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตชาวบ้าน ศักยภาพการท่องเที่ยวบ้านห้องแซง ด้านสิ่งดึงดูดใจทางการท่องเที่ยว ด้านเส้นทางการเข้าถึง ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมทางการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชน อยู่ในระดับมาก แนวโน้มของนักท่องเที่ยวมีจำนวน เพิ่มขึ้น และพบว่าแนวโน้มการเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวนักท่องเที่ยวนิยมเดินทางท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมชาวภูไทบ้านห้องแซง ในช่วงเดือนเมษายนและพฤศจิกายน

Abstract: This research aimed to study the guidelines for the development of community participation in cultural tourism management of Phu Thai Ban Hong Saeng people. Loeng Nok Tha District, Yasothon Province, is a integrative research. The questionnaire, interview form, and participatory observation are tools for this study. The results of the research were as follows: The most motivating factor for tourism is the unique dress code. Phu Thai has beautiful and unique handicrafts. There is a language spoken that attracts tourists and also the variety of interesting cultures. The purpose of the tourism is to find and learn about the villagers' way of life, Ban Hong Saeng tourism potential, Tourism attraction, the access route, facilities, and community participation in tourism, are very high level. The trend of tourists is increasing and it is found that the trend of tourism, tourists are more likely to travel to cultural tourism, Phu Thai people at Ban Hong Saeng. During April and November.
