Abstract: ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของชุมชนในการสร้างแนวทางป้องกันอุบัติเหตุเพื่อสร้างกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของกลุ่มองค์กรและภาคีต่าง ๆ ที่มีอยู่ในชุมชน ในการหาแนวทางในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ โดยใช้กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมในจังหวัดสงขลา มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ทัศนคติพฤติกรรมการขับขี่ที่เสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุก่อนและหลังดาเนินกิจกรรม 2.เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการขับขี่ในจังหวัดสงขลา 3. เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุจากการขับขี่แบบมีส่วนร่วมของหน่วยงานภาครัฐและประชาชนในการป้องกันและลดอุบัติเหตุทางถนนในจังหวัดสงขลา โดยทาการวิจัยทั้งเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพประกอบด้วย กลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ได้แก่ ผู้แทนชุมชนที่เกี่ยวข้องที่มีความสนใจยินดีเต็มใจเข้าร่วมโครงการ และผู้แทนหน่วยงานราชการ ในอาเภอเมือง จังหวัดสงขลา จานวน 20 คน โดยทาการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth interview) กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก (Key Information) ซึ่งทาการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะจงเจาะ (Purposive Sampling) กลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มผู้ขับขี่ที่เป็นผู้มีประสบการณ์ในการขับขี่มีคุณสมบัติอ่านออกเขียนได้ การคานวณขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้ ตารางสาเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan) ได้ขนาดตัวอย่าง 383 คน และสามารถแสดงผลการวิจัยได้ดังต่อไปนี้ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่สามารถทานายพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่ ได้แก่ นโยบายและความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎจราจร ภาวะผู้นาการปฏิบัติตนทัศนคติ ต่อพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่ พบว่า ตัวแปรที่มีประสิทธิภาพใน การทานายพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่ ได้แก่ทัศนคติต่อพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่ และการปฏิบัติตน โดยที่ ทัศนคติต่อพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่ เป็นตัวแปรที่ได้รับ การคัดเลือกเข้าสมการเป็นลาดับที่ 1 สามารถทานายพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่ ได้ร้อยละ 33.0 การปฏิบัติตนเป็นตัวแปรที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกเข้าสมการเป็นลาดับที่ 2 และ สามารถทานายพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่ได้เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 11.6 โดยที่ทัศนคติต่อพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่ และการปฏิบัติตนสามารถร่วมกันทานายพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่ ได้ร้อยละ 44.6 สาหรับแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่รถ พบว่าผู้ขับขี่ รถที่มีพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่สูง ผู้ขับขี่ส่วน ใหญ่เคยมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่รถ แม้ว่าบางคนไม่เคยเข้าร่วม กิจกรรม แต่ทุกคนมีความสนใจและอยากให้มีการอบรม และยินดีเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ส่วนผู้ขับขี่ รถที่มีพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่ต่าผู้ขับขี่จะไม่ เคยมีส่วนร่วม ในการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุรถ ส่วนใหญ่ไม่อยากเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสาหรับด้านแรงจูงใจในการเลือกทาพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่ พบว่าผู้ขับขี่รถที่มีพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่ สูงจะมีการเตรียมพร้อมทั้งเรื่องรถและตนเอง มีความระมัดระวังในการขับขี่โดยให้เหตุผลว่า จะทาให้ปลอดภัย เพื่อป้องกันตนเองไม่อยากให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุ ถ้าเกิดอุบัติเหตุต้องหยุดงาน เสีย รายได้ ถ้าไม่ระมัดระวังแล้วเกิดอุบัติเหตุ จะมีปัญหาตามมามากมาย ส่วนผู้ขับขี่รถ ที่มีพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการขับขี่ต่าจะไม่ตรวจสอบความพร้อม ของรถ ไม่สวมหมวกนิรภัย ขับรถเร็ว ไม่ให้สัญญาณไฟเลี้ยว บางคนดื่มเหล้าระหว่างการขับขี่ โดยให้เหตุผลว่าขณะนั้นไม่คิดว่าจะเกิดอุบัติเหตุได้ง่าย คิดว่าไม่น่าจะเป็นอะไรไม่กลัวว่าจะเกิดอุบัติ เพราะเชื่อว่าขับรถมานานควบคุมได้

Abstract: Subject research The Participation of Government Agencies and People in Road Accident Prevention and Reduction in Songkhla Province To meet the community's needs to create accident prevention solutions to develop existing groups, organizations, and partners in the community. In finding ways to prevent and solve accidents. By using the participation process in Songkhla Province, there are objectives 1. To study knowledge, attitudes, driving behaviors at risk of accidents before and after activities 2. To study the factors of driving accidents in Songkhla Province 3. To study guidelines for preventing driving accidents with the Participation of government agencies and people to prevent and reduce road accidents in Songkhla Province. By conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including samples of qualitative research, the stakeholder groups are relevant community representatives who are interested and willing to join the project. And community representatives Representatives of government agencies in the city of Songkhla Province, 20 people by conducting in-depth interviews with key informants who select a specific sample. Purposive Sampling: The quantitative research sample consisted of drivers who were experienced in driving with literacy qualities. Sample size calculation using the finished table of Krejcie & Morgan has a sample size of 383 people and can show the following results. The study results found that the analysis of factors that could predict participation behavior in driving accidents in driving were policy and knowledge of traffic laws. Leadership, behavior, attitude on the participatory behavior in driving accident prevention, it was found that the influential variables in Prediction of participatory behavior in driving accident prevention I.e. attitudes towards participation behavior in driving accidents. And behaviors with attitudes towards participatory behaviors in driving accidents. Equation 1 was able to predict participation behavior in driving accidents at 33.0% as a given variable. Behavior was the variable that was selected into Equation second and could predict participation behavior. Prevention of driving accidents increased by 11.6 percent, with attitudes towards driving accident prevention participation behavior. And practice can predict participation behavior in driving accident prevention by 44.6 percent. Found that the driver A vehicle with high participation behavior in driving accidents. It was found that motorists who had participatory behavior in preventing accidents in driving will be prepared for both cars and themselves. If you are not careful, then an accident occurs. There will be many problems. The driver Who has low participation behavior prevents driving accidents, will not check the vehicle's readiness, does not wear a helmet, drives fast, and does not give a turn signal. Some people drink alcohol while driving.
