Abstract:
The objective of this independent study were to study the motivation and happiness at work to employee performance The Samples of this study were 297 academic employees Performance of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT). The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. Statistical methods used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOWA, and multiple liner regression
The results showed that the Sampled motivation employees physiological, social-belongingness, self-actualization influenced the performance of employees and happiness employees career advancement opportunity, acceptance and respect, encouragement at work and work environment influenced the performance of employees in Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi at the statistical significance level of 0.05
