Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to: 1) Investigate the opinion of conflict in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 The target population were 260 teachers in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, were selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments used in this study was a questionnaire that reliability value was 0.94. The data was analyzed by percentage, mean, and standard deviation. 2) Study the conflict management which administrators applied in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2. The target population were 260 administrators in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, which were selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments used in this study was a questionnaire that reliability value was 0.908. The data was analyzed by percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The result of this research found that : 1) the opinion of conflict in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall was at the high level (x̄ = 3.50, S = 1.006) According to each scale the highest three were conflict of working interaction (x̄ = 3.56, S = .908), conflict of interest (x̄ = 3.55, S = 1.293) and conflict of working structure (x̄ = 3.51, S = .994) The second scale were conflict of information (x̄ = 3.49, S = .94) and conflict of culture (x̄ = 3.41, S = .896) 2) the conflict management used by administrators in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 Was at average level. (x̄ = 3.45, S = 0.945) According to each scale the highest were compromising (x̄ = 4.002, S = 0.6732) The second scale were obliging (x̄ = 3.43, S = 0.882), dominating (x̄ = 3.33, S = 1.181) and avoiding (x̄ = 3.03, S = 1.045)
