Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to develop and examine the validity of the model affecting the achievement and to study the factors influencing achievement of students of Prathomsueksa 6 Students that affect the achievement. The sample consisted of 1,126students under Nakhonratchasima Primary Education Service Area Office, the second semester of the academic year 2020, by the multi random sampling technique. Two instruments in this study were o-net national test results, and the rating scale of factors affecting learning achievement questionnaire comprising with 6 parts: Attitude toward leaning, achievement motivation, teaching behavior, teaching quality, atmosphere in the classroom, and Self-concept; with discriminating powers ranging .214 - .510and reliability of .851 - .872. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and Structural Equation Model (SEM).
The research results revealed that:
1. The factor model of variables affecting the achievement of Learning Prathomsueksa 6 Students under Nakhonratchasima primary education service area office 7 was in congruence with the empirical data. (x^2= 64.112, df = 48, x^2/df = 1.336, p = .059, CFI = .990, GFI = .990, RMSEA = .046 and RMR = .032 )
2. The factor directly affecting achievement learning was the achievement motivation. The factor affecting ambition both directly and indirectly was the attitude toward leaning, teaching behavior teaching quality atmosphere in the classroom, and Self-concept. All factors could indicate the variance of achievement learning with 67.40 percent.
