Abstract: ประเทศไทยเป็นประเทศแห่งการเกษตรกรรม การเกษตรต้องพึ่งพาแหล่งน้ำจากน้ำฝนเป็นหลัก ดังนั้น การศึกษาลักษณะของฤดูฝนจึงเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญ ในงานวิจัยนี้ได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ การเริ่มต้น-สิ้นสุดของฤดูฝน ช่วงเวลาของฤดูฝนตลอดจนปริมาณฝนทั้งหมดในฤดูฝน และปริมาณฝน ในประเทศไทย ในช่วงปีฐาน พ.ศ.2533-2542 และปีอนาคต พ.ศ. 2563-2572 โดยใช้ข้อมูลสังเกตการณ์และข้อมูลที่ได้จากแบบจำลองอากาศระดับภูมิภาค WRF ขับเคลื่อนโดยข้อมูลขอบเขตจากแบบจำลอง CMIP5 จากการศึกษาพบว่า กราฟอัตราส่วนสะสมเฉลี่ย พบว่ากราฟที่ได้จากค่าสังเกตการณ์และแบบจำลองมีรูปแบบที่คล้ายคลึงกัน พื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่ของประเทศ จะมีการเริ่มต้นของฤดูฝนเร็วขึ้นในอนาคต และพบการเร็วขึ้นของการสิ้นสุดฤดูฝนเช่นเดียวกัน บ่งบอกถึงการเลื่อนมาข้างหน้าของฤดูฝนในประเทศไทยในบางพื้นที่ในอนาคต ระยะเวลายาวนานของฤดูฝนมีแนวโน้มที่จะสั้นลง ในพื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่ของภาคใต้ รวมทั้งตอนบนของทางภาคเหนือและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ส่วนบริเวณที่เหลือ มีแนวโน้มที่จะมีช่วงระยะเวลาของฤดูฝนที่ยาวนานขึ้น ปริมาณฝนในฤดูฝนจะลดลงประมาณร้อยละ 5"""

Abstract: Thailand is predominantly an agricultural country. Agriculture depends heavily upon rainwater. The study of rainfall characteristics is therefore important. In this study the start and end, the duration of the rainy season, and the rainfall amount in Thailand were analyzed in the 2020-2029 compare to 1900-1999 periods. The data used in the research consist of the observational data and the simulation from WRF model driven by the boundary conditions from CMIP5 data. The fractional accumulation rainfall from the observed data and the simulation show similar patterns. There will probably be an early onset of rainy season in most areas of the country. The early retreat of the season also noticed indicating the earlier shift of rainy season in some areas. The duration of rainy season will probably shorter in most area of the southern, upper northern, and northeastern Thailand while the rest of area, this duration is expected to be longer. The amount of rainfall might decrease by around 5 percent.""
