Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพวิถีชีวิตของชาวสวนผลไม้ในสังคมเมือง 2)การสืบทอดวิถีชีวิตของชาวสวนผลไม้เพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในสังคมเมือง 3) แนวทางการสืบทอดวิถีชีวิตของชาวสวนผลไม้เพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในสังคมเมืองพื้นที่ที่ศึกษาได้แก่ กรุงเทพมหานคร และนนทบุรี ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ เลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) และใช้เทคนิคการบอกต่อ (Snowball) ได้แก่ ชาวสวนผลไม้ทั่วไป จำนวน 20 คน ชาวสวนผลไม้ที่ประสบความสำเร็จ จำนวน 13 คน และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์มีโครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพวิถีชีวิตของชาวสวนผลไม้ในสังคมเมือง จำนวนพื้นที่การทำสวนผลไม้ลดลง เนื่องจากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงพื้นที่จากการทำเกษตรกรรม ไปทำธุรกิจบ้านจัดสรรแทน ส่งผลให้ชาวสวนผลไม้ลดน้อยลง สภาพครอบครัวอยู่ร่วมกันอาศัยในชุมชนมากกว่า 30 ปีการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรียึดหลักความพอเพียง ประหยัดการแต่งกายเรียบง่าย ปลูกพืชแบบผสมผสาน มีรายได้เลี้ยงตนเองและครอบครัวการคมนาคมในสวนใช้เรือ มีการขุดบ่อน้ำไว้ใช้มีความสุขในการทำสวน มีสภาพแวดล้อมที่เป็นธรรมชาติ ผลผลิตน้อยไม่พอจำหน่ายและขาดการบริหารจัดการที่ดี 2. การสืบทอดวิถีชีวิตของชาวสวนผลไม้เพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในสังคมเมือง มาจาก บรรพบุรุษ ครู ภูมิปัญญา เป็นการเรียนรู้ตามอัธยาศัย มีการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองตามความสนใจ ความพร้อมจากบุคคล ประสบการณ์สังคม สภาพแวดล้อมสื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้สมาชิกครอบครัว ช่วยกันทำงาน ครอบครัวอยู่ร่วมกัน มีรายได้มั่นคง มีการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเข้ามราจัดการด้านตลาด และการประชาสัมพันธ์มีการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันระหว่างคนรุ่นเก่าและคนรุ่นใหม่ช่วยกันอนุรักษ์ สิ่งแวดล้อม และส่งเสริมชุมชนน่าอยู่มีการปลูกผลไม้ในเข่งเพื่อแก้ปัญหาน้ำท่วม และเพิ่มมูลค่า ทำให้ชาวสวนมีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น และจำหน่ายกิ่งพันธุ์เพื่อเพิ่มรายได้ 3. แนวทางการสืบทอดวิถีชีวิตของชาวสวนผลไม้เพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในสังคมเมือง ควรส่งเสริม 4 ด้าน ดังนี้ การพัฒนาคน: ตระหนักและเห็นคุณค่า, จริงใจต่อผู้บริโภค, มีจิตบริการ,การใช้เทคโนโลยี แบบดั้งเดิมและแบบใหม่ผสมผสานกัน , การทำงานร่วมกัน,การพัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น, สืบทอด ความรู้สู่คนรุ่นใหม่ผ่านการเรียนรู้จากครอบครัว สถานศึกษา สื่อ ตามความสนใจและจัดอบรม ความรู้และศึกษาดูงาน การพัฒนาสังคม: สร้างเครือข่ายแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้, ประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลผ่านสื่อที่ หลากหลาย, สร้างความน่าเชื่อถือในสินค้า , สร้างคุณค่าผลผลิต แหล่งเรียนรู้และอัตลักษณ์ชุมชน การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ: สร้างรายได้เพิ่ม, สร้างมูลค่าเพิ่ม, สร้างเครือข่ายการตลาด, วิถีชีวิต พอเพียง และปลูกพืชแบบผสมผสาน การพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อม:อนุรักษ์การท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ, อนุรักษ์พื้นที่สีเขียว, ขุดบ่อน้ำ ไว้ใช้, ทำปุ๋ยชีวภาพ จากวัสดุเหลือใช้, ส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิต, ความสุข, สุขภาพดี, ปลอดภัย บริโภค ผักปลอดสารพิษ,อนุรักษ์พันธุ์ส้มบางมดและทุเรียนนนท์ให้คงอยู่คู่ชุมชน และส่งเสริมการปลูกส้ม ในเข่ง

Abstract: The purposesof this research were to study;1) fruit gardeners’ life styles in urban society, 2) the succession of fruit gardeners’ life styles for sustainable development in urban society. 3) guidelines for fruit gardeners’ life styles for sustainable development in urban society. The informant’s were from 2 areas: Bangkok, and Nonthaburi. The key informants were selected by purposive selection, using snowball technique, composed of 20 general fruit gardeners, 13 successful fruit gardeners and 10 stakeholders. The instrument used was structure-interview. The data analysis was content analysis. The research findings were; 1. The life styles of fruit gardener in urban society: the fruit gardens area decreased, due to changes in the area from farming to business housing estates. resulting in reduced fruit gardeners. Family live together in the community for over 30 years, Education was at undergraduate level; life style adhered with sufficiency economy, save, simple dress, integrated plant, income for themselves and their families, transportation in garden using boats, digging well for water. Happiness in gardening with a natural environment.Products decrease resulting in not enough to distribution. And lack of good management. 2. The succession of the gardeners’ life styles for sustainable development in urban society are from ancestors, local wisdom, informal learning, self-learning based on interests, and readiness by studying from other people, experience, society, environment, media and learning resources. Family members work together, family live together. Have a stable income, with the use of technology for marketing and public relations management. There is mutual learning between the old and the new generation. Help protect the environment, and promoting livable communities. Fruit is planted in the basket to solve the flooding problem and add value, causing the gardeners to have more income and sell seions to increase income. 3. The transmission guidelines of fruit gardeners’ life styles for sustainable development in urban, consisted of4 aspects as follow: Human development: awareness and value, sincere to the consumer, service mind, using traditional and new technique combined, working together, developing local curricula, transferring knowledge to new generations through family learning, media-based interests, organizing knowledge training and study trips. Social development: create a network to exchange knowledge, publicize information through various media, build trust in products, create value for products, learning resources, and community identity Economic development: creating added value, creating a marketing network, sufficiency lifestyle, intergrated plants and additional income. Environment development: create ecotourism, greens areas, dig wells for water, make bio-fertilizer from waste meterials, promote quality of life, happiness, good healthy, safe consumption of non-toxic vegetables, conservation of Bang Mod orange and Nonthaburi Durian varieties to remain with the community, Promote the planting of oranges in the basket to solve the flooding problem.
