Abstract:
This research aims to build an automatic plastic bottle exchange machine with PLC Board. This is to encourage the separation of used plastic bottles using PLC Board as a controller at the school of Engineering and the Innovation Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-Ok. Weight and size of the bottle were sorted out ( 330 or 350 600 and 1,500 milliliters). The participants could accumulate points as an incentive, and when the points were completed, they would receive a new bottle of water or prizes. From the experiment of the automatic plastic bottle exchange machine, the average redeeming time per 1 bottle was 17.48 seconds. The experimental results were good. The operation of the machine on each topic was complete and accurate, with more than 81 percent.
