Abstract: ผลการศึกษา - การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของข้าราชการตำรวจ สังกัดสถานีตำรวจภูธรกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการตำรวจ สังกัดสถานีตำรวจภูธรกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จำแนกตามเงินเดือน และระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติราชการ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ข้าราชการตำรวจ สถานีภูธรตำรวจกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จำนวน 118 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิอย่างเป็นสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปและสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่า t (t-test) และค่า F (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาพรวมของ แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานด้านปัจจัยจูงใจและปัจจัยค้ำจุนของข้าราชการตำรวจ สถานีตำรวจภูธรกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาพรวมของแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านปัจจัยค้ำจุนของข้าราชการตำรวจ สถานีตำรวจภูธรกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ 3) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามที่มีเงินเดือนแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของข้าราชการตำรวจ ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 4) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามที่มีระยะเวลา การปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของข้าราชการตำรวจ ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract: The result : - The purpose of this research were to study the level of motivation in performing duties of police officers. Under Kantharalak Provincial Police Station Srisaket Province and to compare motivation in performing duties of Kantharalak Provincial Police Station Srisaket Province. Classified by salary and the period of official performance. Population and sample groups used in the research were 118 police officers by stratified random sampling method. Tools used as questionnaires and data analysis by using the software package. The statistics used were mean, standard deviation, t-test and F (One-way ANOVA). The results showed that, Firstly, most respondents are comments about the overview of motivation in the performance of motivation factors and supporting factors of police officers Kantharalak Provincial Police Station Si Sa Ket province is at a moderate level. Secondly, most respondents are comments about the overview of Motivation in the operation of supporting factors of police officers Kantharalak Provincial Police Station Si Sa Ket province is at a moderate level and thirdly, respondents with different salaries is an opinion on the level of motivation in performing the duties of the police officers. Overall were different with statistical significance at the level of 0.05. and finally, respondents with different operational periods, there is an opinion on the level of motivation in performing the duties of the police officers. In the overall picture, at the statistical significance level of 0.05
