Abstract:
The study aims 1) to study the attitudes of Bangpakong powerplant employees towards online
financial transaction services on smartphones. 2) to study behavior of Bangpakong powerplant employees
towards online financial transaction services on smartphones. 3) to compare attitudes the attitudes of
Bangpakong powerplant employees classified by gender, age, marital status, education level and income
towards online financial transaction services on smartphones. 4) to study the relationship between attitudes and
behavior of Bangpakong powerplant employees towards online financial transaction services on smartphones.
In this study, the samples were 300 employees of Bangpakong powerplant sampled by stratified sampling
method, the tool used to collect data was questionnaire, and statistics used to analyze data included frequency,
percentage, standard deviation, t-test, One-way Anova and Pearson ' s correlation.
The results were as follows: Attitudes in general towards online financial transaction services on
smartphones showed that the attitudes of Bangpakong powerplant employees towards online financial
transaction services on smartphones were at a very high level. When considering as each aspect, it was found
that saving, correction and safety were in order, respectively. The behavior of clients using online financial
transaction services on smartphones were at a high level in general. When considering as each aspect, it was
found that account balance checks, accounts transfers, and requests of details in account were in order,
respectively. The employees of Bangpakong powerplant with different genders have the same attitudes towards
online financial transaction services on smartphones. However, the employees with different ages, marital
status, education level, and income have attitudes towards online financial transaction services significantly
different at the .05 level. The attitudes of employees were in relation to behavior using online financial
transaction services on smartphones at the .01 level.
