Abstract:
The objective of this research is to: 1) study the effectiveness of administrative work in
the support of the court of justice 2) factors affecting the effectiveness of administration
in the judicial support division transformation leadership, participation and the nature of the
support line this research has an organizational level analysis unit which uses the parallel design
as a parallel design by quantitative research methods for finding factors that affect the
effectiveness of administration in the judicial support line. The data were collected by
questionnaires. The sample group consisted of 292 people. Statistics for data analysis were
descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage. The average standard deviation And using
qualitative methods of concurrent triangulation design in explaining the causes of variables
