Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to develop indicators and examine validity of the model of the 21st Century Management Skill Indicators of school administrators under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and empirical data. The sample of this research was 370 school administrators and teachers under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample included 28 school administrators that were selected by purposive sampling and 342 teachers that were obtained by simple random sampling. The instruments used was a questionnaire. The percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson Correlation and confirmatory factor analysis were the parameters used for statistical analysis. The results revealed that the 21st Century Management Skill Indicators Development of school administrators under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 consisted of 6 factors and 21 indicators, namely vision comprising 4 indicators, leadership comprising 3 indicators, creativity comprising 4 indicators, communication comprising 3 indicators, information technology comprising 3 indicators, and learning and teaching comprising 4 indicators. The highest ranked factor loading was leadership and the highest ranked indicator loading was creativity. In addition, the 21st Century Management Skill Indicators Model of school administrators under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 conformed to empirical data.
