Abstract:
The purposes of this independent study were 1) to study morale commitment 2) to study quality of commitment 3) to study Relationship between morale and commitments quality of teachers under Maehongson Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The target group was 286 teachers under Maehongson Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The data collecting instruments were checking list and 5-rating scale with 69 items. And the IOC was 0.671.00 with the reliability of both variables being 0.98. The data was analyzed for frequency, mean, standard deviation, percentage and Pearson's correlation. The findings of the study were as follows: 1) Morale commitment of teachers under Maehongson Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at high level in overall and could be arranged by descending order: responsibility, achievement, acceptance, work types and work progress. 2) Commitment quality of teachers under Maehongson Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at high level in overall and could be arranged by descending order: team work, good service, achievement motivation and self-development. 3. The relationship between Morale and Commitments quality of Teachers under Maehongson Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in overall was positive with the statistical significance being 0.01 at high level. When considered in each pair, every pair was positive relationship. The aspects could be arranged by descending order: work progress, responsibility, work types, achievement and acceptance.
