Skills of School Administrators in the 21st Century under in Chiang Saen District Secondary Educational Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 3
Abstract:
This study aims to 1) to study executive skills in the 21st century under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Education Area, Area 3 2) To compare the skills of school administrators in the 21st century under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Education Area, Area 3, classified by gender, work experience and position. The samples group used School administrators and government teachers in Chiang Saen District under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3, total 181 persons. After that, the researcher randomized the samples by using the numbering method of Crazy and Morgan and dividing the sample groups by position classification. Study instruments was the questionnaire was a rating scale with 5 levels. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. Statistics used in hypothesis testing T-test independent and One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). When finding the differences, the Scheffe 'method is used to test the individual differences. The results found that 1) The skills of the school administrators in the 21st century in Chiang Saen district, under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Education Area 3, in overall and the details was at the high level with the highest value was moral and ethics skills. Next is technology skills, teamwork skills, innovation skills and the lowest mean was the creative skills. 2) The results of the comparison of the skills of the school administrators in the 21st century in Chiang Saen district, under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Education Area, Region 3, consisting of technology skills, creative skills, innovation skills, teamwork skills and skills in morality and ethics, classified by gender and job position. There was no statistically significant difference in both the overall and each aspect. As for classification based on work experience, it was found that the overall and each aspect are different.
