Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study the leadership in the 21st century among school administrators in Wangnua District, Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, and to study their recommendations on the roles of leadership of the school administrators. Populations in this study were 21 school administrators and 249 a total of 270 people school teachers in Wangnuea district, Lampang Educational Service Area Office 3. They were asked to respond to the questionnaires covering 7 aspects about leadership of the 21st century in 6 areas; namely, teaching and learning, innovations and technology, management, visionary leader, communication and relationships between communities. Collected data was analyzed by using frequency percentage, means and standard deviation. The results of the study revealed that the leadership in the 21st century among school administrators in Wangnuea District, Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in all 6 areas was high. When considered in details, the visionary leaders, and communication and relationships between communities are upheld and practiced by most school administrators, followed by the teaching and learning aspect, and the least two aspects were the innovation and technology, management
