Abstract:
The objective of this research was to study the coaching and potential development of employees in private business organizations. As a result of will make a difference in the level of development of employees in the private of business organizations based on personal factors and the coaching skill. The sample of this research is permanent employees working in private of business organizations that have been coached consisted of 400 people, those the sample, which is from the classification of 10 business organization groups from quota sampling that the sample consisted of 40 employees from each company. The researcher determined that the questionnaire would be used as a research tool. The statistics tools included arithmetic mean, percentage, standard deviation, independent t-test and One-way ANOVA Analysis. The results showed that employees in private business organizations of different gender, age, levels of education, work period and work positions have a level of different potential development. The factors of coaching skills are different consisted of questioning, listening, positive feedback, motivation and goal setting have a level of different potential development.
