Abstract:
The purpose of this study were to 1) study the state and problems in the management of action plan of secondary school education. 2) compare the state and problems in the management of action plan of secondary school education classified by school sizes. 3) study the suggestions about the management of action plan of secondary school education. The samples were all 346 persons from 59 school. They were selected from school administrators and school teachers and educational personnel in the Secondary Education Service Area Office 36 from 114 administrators , 2,624 teachers, 338 education personnel total 3,076 people. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan Table and was selected by means of the simple random sampling. The study instruments were questionnaires with 5 rating scale, 41 items. The study instrument was a questionnaire of the state in the management of action plan with the reliablility value of 0.96 and a questionnaire of the problems in the management of action plan with the reliablility value of 0.99. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way Anova, and the Scheffé method for paired comparison. The results of the study were as follows: 1) The state in the management of action plan of secondary school education revealed that the overall and each aspect were at the high. And the problems in the management of action plan of secondary school education revealed that the overall aspect was at the low. 2) The comparison of the state and problems in the management of action plan of secondary school education classified by school sizes revealed that the overall aspects and each aspect were a statistically significant difference at the 0.01 levels. 3) The suggestions about the management of action plan of secondary school education were the school should be analyzed and prioritized of problem, the school should be integrate action plans and projects, and the evaluation instruments and the evaluation process should be evaluated in accordance with the objectives and goals.
