Abstract:
These objectives of independent Study are study the state of senior scout administration in schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 36 and to compare the efficiency of the general senior scout administration of schools under the Office of Educational Service Area 36.Classified by Scout Qualification, Scout position, Scout work experience And school size .A sample was selected from 148 administrators and teachers manage the senior scouts in schools, all selected by Stratified sampling. The study instrument was the 5 level scale questionairea form the most to the least . The reliability value at 0.99. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test and One-way Analysis of Variance. The result of study was found. 1) The state of the scout administration of the schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 36 were at a high level. 2) In comparing the opinion of the opinion of the adminnistrators with different scout qualifications on the states of senior scout administration in schools were not different. When considering in each aspect, administrators with different scout qualifications in had different opinions on Scout administration conditions Supervision, monitoring and evaluation There are statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level. 3) In comparing the opinion of the adminnistrators with different Scout position on the states of senior scout administration in schools were not different at the significant level of 0.05 4) In comparing the opinion of the adminnistrators with different Scout work experience on the states of senior scout administration in schools were not different at the significant level of 0.05 5) In comparing the opinion of the adminnistrators working in different school sizes on the states of senior scout administration in schools were not different at the significant level of .05
