Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบ การบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเวียงแก่น จังหวัดเชียงราย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กครูผู้สอน บุคลากรทางการศึกษาขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเวียงแก่น จังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 27 ข้อ เกณฑ์ในการกำหนดค่า IOC ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67–1.00 แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา (α-coefficient) ของครอนบาค (Cronbach) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.96 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตพื้นที่ อำเภอเวียงแก่น จังหวัดเชียงราย มาตรฐานทั้ง 3 ด้านในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ได้แก่ มาตรฐานที่ 3 ด้านคุณภาพเด็กปฐมวัยรองลงมา คือ มาตรฐานที่ 2 ด้านกระบวนดูแลจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้และเล่น และด้านที่มีเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ มาตรฐานที่ 1 ด้านการบริหารจัดการ 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเวียงแก่น จังหวัดเชียงราย ได้แก่ ตำแหน่งในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า การบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเวียงแก่น จังหวัดเชียงราย พบว่า การบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำแนกตามตำแหน่งในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ผู้บริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กมีการบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นมากที่สุดรองลงมา ได้แก่ ตำแหน่งครูผู้สอน และน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ ตำแหน่งบุคลากรทางการศึกษา การบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเวียงแก่น จังหวัดเชียงราย จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาโท รองลงมา ได้แก่ วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี และน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ วุฒิการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี และการบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเวียงแก่น จังหวัดเชียงราย จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 6-10 ปี รองลงมา ได้แก่ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 10 ปีขึ้นไป และน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 1-5 ปี "

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study administration of child development center. And to compare the administration of the Child Development Center Of the local government organization In the area of Wiang Kaen District Chiang Rai Population used in the research were administrators of child development centers, teachers, educational personnel. Of local government organizations in the area of Wiang Kaen District Chiang Rai province, 100 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire with 5 rating scales with 27 items. The criteria for determining IOC values were between 0.67-1.00 and then analyzed for alpha coefficient. The α-coefficient of Cronbach is 0.96. The research, it was found that 1) the administration of the Child Development Center Of the local government organization In the area of Wiang Kaen District Chiang Rai province, the standard in all 3 aspects in the overview is at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that The aspect with the highest average value was the standard 3 for the quality of early childhood, followed by the second standard of the supervision and learning experience and the least average aspect was the standard 1 in management. 2) Comparison of administration of the Child Development Center Of the local government organization In the area of Wiang Kaen District, Chiang Rai Province, including their positions, duties, educational background and work experience, it was found that Administration of the Child Development Center Of the local government organization In the area of Wiang Kaen District Chiang Rai Province found that the administration of the Child Development Center Of local government organizations classified by position in performance of duties Is at the highest level When considering each aspect found that The administrators of the child development center had the most development of the child development center of the local government organization, followed by the teacher position. And the smallest is the position of educational personnel.
