Abstract:
Food tourism It is a special form of tourism that can add value to Thailand's tourism. Which can bring local food to open up a tourist experience during the trip. They learn about food culture and have a different cultural experience in the area. Tourists will have a new experience It's a unique consumption and an unforgettable experience. But it should make ordinary food more interesting. Therefore, the authors of the proposal for the use of slow food movement have helped to make food more interesting. The principles are 1) Good is fresh, clean, healthy food. 2) Clean is a raw material produced in accordance with organic farming processes. Reliable in safety and 3) Fair is food that is fair to both producers, buyer and operators or food producers who receive fair compensation without being exploited. Consumers receive food that is fresh, clean, safe for health. And animals have been raised by natural means. Finally, Enhancing the potential of food tourism must be at the heart of the "Slow Food Movement" principle. Two factors are creating for local food: authenticity and quality.
