Abstract:
This article aims to study learning management to develop learners to become citizens in the 21st century of students in private Islamic schools, Narathiwat Province. Data was collected by in-depth interviews from administrators, teachers, students at private Islamic schools. The data were analyzed by 15 persons in Narathiwat Province, using data to categorize them according to interpretation issues to create conclusions.
The findings were as follows: 1) The learners in the private Islamic school found that the learners were enhancing their citizenship characteristics in Century 21 According to the availability of potential of each school by participating in activities to develop and promote various competencies 2) Learning systems, it was found that education was conducted to enhance the global citizenship characteristics of the learners in The curriculum according to the context and the readiness of each school with foreign language teaching management 3) School management system found that the school has set a vision for the development of learners to be global citizens according to the private Islamic school driving plan, new era has become an international standard school.4) Teacher potential and administration, it was found that teacher development activities were organized by sending teachers to training and development with the agency.
