Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the feasibility of marketing, technical, management and financial aspects that affected the feasibility of investment in Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic in Chonburi by collecting data from patients using Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic. There were 400 patients in Chonburi, and in-depth interviews were conducted with the entrepreneurs of Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic in Chonburi. The results of the study indicated that investing in Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic was feasible to invest in 4 aspects: marketing, technical, management, and financial. From the analysis of the project's value, it was found that the project had a Net Present Value (NPV) of 4,809,642.47 baht. The Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) was 1.52. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) was 41%, and the payback period was 3.31 years. From the sensitivity analysis of the project, it was found that if the operating returns of Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic in this project decreased by 5%, 10% and 15% and the operating expenses were stable, it would be worth investing. In addition, if the operating returns were stable and the operating expenses increased by 5%, 10% and 15%, the project would still be worth investing
