Abstract:
This study attempts to study current situations and competitive status, marketing strategies and, requirement behavior contributing to purchasing decision and to propose online marketing strategies of ABC company limited. The subjects in this study included 6 online entrepreneurs, 7 current customers, and 7 perspective customers. In-depth interviews were used as a research instrument. After interviewing, correctness was rechecked time by time for the analysis. The findings reveal that 1. Current situation, competitive status and marketing strategy of online label sticker business can be concluded that 1) the strength of entrepreneurs is the use of social media as a key instrument to do online marketing 2) the weakness of entrepreneurs is the lack of knowledge to use social media as a tool 3) opportunity of entrepreneurs is the use of social media to increase sales and to open to new customers 4) obstacle of entrepreneurs is the change of technology at all time that can lead to the lack of expertise. 2. Requirement behavior influencing purchasing decision of label sticker of entrepreneurs can be summarized as follows: 1) Product: current and perspective customers all agreed that the textures of stickers need to endure 2) Price: current and perspective customers all did not compare with others 3) Place: current and perspective customers expected to have a variety of channels of distribution, 4) Promotion: they all thought that the promotion campaign through Facebook is a must. 3. Online marketing strategies of ABC company can be concluded that 1) products are varied in forms 2) Prices can be varied like a ladder promotion according to the order volume; 3) place to distribution focused on social media 4) promotion should emphasize on annual festivals
