Abstract:
The purpose of this research were to study and compare the morale of teacher performance in private schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office, classified by level of education and teacher experience. The samples of the study were 285 teachers in private schools in the academic year 2012, obtained by using by Krejcie and Morgans table. The instruments used to collect data was a questionnaire for morale of teacher performance in private schools through Bentley and Rempels concept with a reliability of 0.76. The statistics used for analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test (independent).The findings were as follows:1. The morale of teacher performance in private schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office, as a whole was at a high level. For each aspect, the results from the high level to the low level were as follows: curriculum, teacher status and community education support. 2.The comparison of the opinions on the morale of teacher performance in private schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office, classified by educational level and work experience showed that: (1) There was no significant difference in terms of level of education in the opinions on the morale of teacher performance in private schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office Educational Service Area.
