Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study and compare the operations of internal supervision in schools under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by experience of working. The populations of this research were 165 persons composing of the principals and vice principals under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples were 117 persons composing of the principals and vice principals under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 which derived from the Taro Yamanes formula and selected by simple random sampling. The tool for collecting data was a rating scale questionnaire with a reliability level of 0.99. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation and independent t-test. The research findings were as follows: The operations results of internal supervision in schools under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 showed that in overall were at a high level and considering in each aspect which ranked from the highest mean to the lowest mean were the curriculum development, the occupational experience supplementary and classroom action research, respectively. The comparisons on the operations of internal supervision in schools under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by experience of working found that there had no difference.
